Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Conducting internal training for employees, including soft skills and computer skills
  • Training organization, including administration of the Learning Management System
  • Continuous analysis of feedback and training needs
  • Creating trainings content and materials
  • Cooperation with learning support team, located in India
  • Cooperation with external training providers
  • Participation in other projects within the People & Culture department
  • Cooperation with other team members

 


Qualifications

Requirements

  • University degree (BSc or MSc)
  • At least 1 year of relevant experience
  • Very good knowledge of English
  • Strong training and presentation skills (Business Trainer’s certificate is an asset)
  • Strong MS Office skills (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Experience with Cornerstone LMS is an asset
  • Excellent co-operation and communication skills
  • Experience of working in an international company is an asset
  • Flexibility and ability to adapt to a dynamic environment
  • Hybrid work (8 days home office/month)
