Project Lead Process Improvement

Your main area of responsibility in this position will include:
- managing projects of various degrees of complexity,
- periodic and ad hoc reporting on project status,
- support reporting tasks on project portfolio,
- processing and archiving of information resources,
- support in preparing project documentation according to defined requirements,
- identify waste, risks, opportunities and offer managing and supporting process improvement projects,
- conduct cross-department consultancy work, within the areas of Accounts Receivable, General Accounting and other,
- drive the change towards globally harmonized processes and best practices,
- ensure that the project management method is consistent with the organization's guidelines,
- apply Continuous Improvement methodology (6Sigma, Lean) to the transformation projects,
- lead continuous improvement workshops supporting the spreading of the Continious Improvment culture.
We are a great match if you have:
- minimum 3 years of relevant professional experience in process / project / change management,
- project management experience with proven capability to deliver excellent results in international projects,
- knowledge of project management methods,
- university degree / BSc in Economics (in the field of finance, accounting), Business Administration or IT (certificates and courses in Project Management is an advantage),
- experience in running IT projects,
- work experience in process improvements modeling, definition and implementation,
- high level of analytical, communication and presentation skills,
- very good working knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Power Point, Visio)- SAP is an advantage,
- the ability to speak very good English,
- the ability to work as part of a team.
