At METRO Global Solution Center, English is our working language. It’s used in all internal communication, documentation, and processes. Since our teams are diverse and international, not everyone speaks Polish – which makes English the common ground for effective collaboration.

Strong English skills help you fully participate in meetings, write emails, and keep shared processes up to date. Fluency is a plus, but not a must. What matters most is the willingness to communicate – even if it’s not perfect. It’s better to try, make mistakes, and be understood than to stay silent.

METRO Global Solution Center is located in the vibrant city of Szczecin, Poland. We’re based in a modern office in the Posejdon building on Brama Portowa Street — right in the heart of the city.


Our location is easy to reach by public transport, car, or on foot, and for those who prefer cycling or electric scooters, we offer a dedicated bike room. Plus, we’re less than one kilometer from the main railway station, making commuting simple and convenient.
