We are seeking a Change Management Consultant to support the human side of change and ensure that new solutions are fully understood, adopted, and embedded across the organization. In this role, you will help secure the success of change from the people level to the process level.

Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Developing Implementation Plans: develop and implement change management plans aligned with organizational goals to ensure effective adoption
  • Assessing Impact: analyse the impact of new processes and systems on roles and the organization; identify barriers, risks, and affected groups
  • Communication: prepare training, adoption, and sustainment plans; create announcements, newsletters, and intranet materials
  • Providing Support and Training: conduct workshops and support local champions/employees to ensure organizational readiness
  • Collaborate with project teams, IT, People & Culture, business leaders, and PMOs
  • Managing Resistance: identifying potential resistance to change and developing strategies to address concerns and foster a culture of acceptance
  • Monitoring Progress: measure adoption and effectiveness through usage data, surveys, and feedback; implement follow-up actions and mentoring post go-live

Qualifications

  • 3–5 years of experience in change management, process transformation, or implementation projects; experience in international/global environments is a plus
  • Knowledge of change management methodologies (Prosci, ADKAR, Kotter), project management principles, and Lean/Agile change
  • Familiarity with project lifecycle, process mapping, readiness assessment, and adoption KPIs
  • User experience in SharePoint, project & task management tools, MS Office, reporting systems, experience in SAP would be an asset
  • Strong data analysis skills from surveys, adoption reports, and feedback
  • Excellent communication, storytelling, workshop facilitation, and active listening skills, content creation skills, creative writing
  • Proactive, independent, and adaptable, with the ability to engage effectively with leaders, end-users, and local teams
