Your Key Responsibilities
- Supporting the CEO with content-related tasks
- Preparing relevant presentations, reports, and communication materials
- Organizing and coordinate meetings, agendas, and follow-ups
- Moderating meetings and document key takeaways
- Managing smaller project topics, analyzing data, and drawing key insights
- Maintaining and updating internal documentation and procedures
- Provide administrative support to the CEO, including calendar management (approx. 15% of the role)

Finance & Business Support Specialist – Fast-Track Your Career with Executive Mentorship
Are you a highly organized, analytical, and ambitious professional looking for a unique opportunity to work directly with top leadership? As a Finance & Business Support Specialist in our GSC, you’ll play an important role in ensuring smooth workflows, strategic alignment, and high-impact content support in a dynamic, global accounting environment.
What We’re Looking For
- A growth-oriented mindset with talent, curiosity, and the ability to quickly absorb new knowledge, with an adequate track record proving it—whether through academic achievements, internships, or early career experiences
- Initial experiences in Accounting, Finance, Controlling, or Project Management
- Educational background in Finance, Accounting, or Economics (preferred)
- Strong MS Office skills, especially PowerPoint
- Excellent English skills (min. B2)
- Analytical mindset, strong organizational skills, and a proactive “can-do” attitude
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work efficiently under pressure
