Accounting Team Leader

Main areas of responsibility:

• Lead and manage a team of 8–13 people, including planning, organizing, and monitoring daily operations
• Ensure efficiency, accuracy, and timeliness in accounting processes
• Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable accounting regulations
• Provide technical and operational support to team members in day-to-day activities
• Drive continuous process improvements and support the implementation of initiatives
• Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and customers

The ideal candidate has:

• A university degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a related field
• Proven experience in a similar role
• Prior experience in leading or managing a team
• Fluency in English (written and spoken)
• Experience in managing finance and accounting processes
• SAP knowledge (FI/CO modules) — a strong plus
• Experience in an international, multicultural environment (preferably SSC/BPO)
• Strong MS Office skills, especially in Excel
