Credit Management Specialist

Your mission
- Managing customer credit limits and ensuring compliance with credit policies
- Monitoring accounts receivable aging reports and proactively following up on customers’ overdue payments
- Initiating the collection process when necessary and maintaining positive customer relationships throughout local business representatives
- Analyse/process the customer credit requisition, validate the customers credit scoring/credit worthiness, analyse the customer credit history
- Periodic review of credit limits & assessment of customers
- Analyse the legal data received from 3rd party to reassess the customer worthiness, process with blocking/unblocking of credit limits once required, track debt regularization by customers
- Ensure the reporting on customers credits to respective stakeholders
- Contact with sales departments on the customers scorings, credit limit increases/decreases for customers, credit blocks, customer’s debt situation and history as well as repayment plans
- Contact with high level management within process of credit limit approval
Additionally
- Participation in projects related to the improvement of accounting processes
- Day-to-day work with clients in the provision of top-quality services
- Working daily to improve your skills in SAP and Excel
Your skills
- Experience in accounting and credit management/receivables collections (or similar)
- Familiar with Excel
- Good command of English (B1/B2)
- High customer service orientation and excellent communication skills
- Well-organised and detail-oriented
- Analytical thinking
