Job Description

  • Supporting the Metro GSC Operational teams in new scope acquisition & process transformation.
  • Following process standards defined by Process Owners Organization and close cooperation with Transition Project Leader in the transition project execution.
  • Using the operational knowledge in assessment of scope, contributing to preparation of transition projects by analyzing ‘as is’ processes, defining gaps.
  • Supporting workshadowers and operational team in acquiring new responsibilities to Metro GSC and their integration into daily operations.
  • Proposing transformation steps to achieve the standard process (defined by Process Owners Organization).
  • Cooperation with PMO (Transition/Standardization) to capture the process, align on changes and coordinate with operational team the process transformation.
  • Identifying potential areas for improvement in processes for migration and transform process post migration.
  • Identifying potential risks and control areas in processes planned to be migrated.
  • Cooperating with various departments (Transition/Standardization/Operations/Customers) to ensure alignment and support for project goal.

Qualifications

  • Solid accounting background/expertise, very good knowledge of accounting processes.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, initiative-taking attitude in complex issues resolution, understanding of the interdependencies in the processes.
  • Excellent & effective communication skills.
  • Ability to build relationships between different stakeholders, to cooperate with internal and external partners from different countries and cultures.
  • Good knowledge of SAP, fluency in Excel.
  • Experience either in project management or alternatively proven background in project work (transition and/or improvement projects) is a strong asset.
  • Fluent English, spoken and written.
  • Good organization skills to ensure quality and timely delivery of the tasks.
  • Availability and openness for business travels.
