Job Description

Our requirements:

  • Experience in a soft HR role, with a strong focus on end-to-end recruitment processes
  • Proactive attitude, initiative, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and great attention to detail
  • Analytical skills and proficiency in MS Excel
  • Fluency in English – both written and spoken (B2/C1 level)
  • Strong sense of ownership and accountability for tasks and goals
  • Self-discipline and ability to work under time pressure
  • A sense of humor and a positive attitude 😊

Qualifications

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Leading end-to-end recruitment processes across various levels and departments, with a strong focus on independently conducting candidate interviews
  • Sourcing candidates through multiple channels and managing job postings as well as the candidate database
  • Supporting employer branding and representing the company at external events and university relations
  • Participating in diverse recruitment projects, gaining exposure to different teams and challenges
  • Supporting employee engagement activities such as recognition programs and motivation initiatives
  • Handling other soft HR tasks, e.g. exit interviews, language reviews, referral programs, and employee surveys
  • Collaborating with and supporting team members in daily activities
